Abstract or description

This presentation was given to 2019 meeting of the United Nations Expert Group on Creative Economies. The presentation was my first as a member of this expert group, and is forming the basis of a technical paper that I will be authoring and then presenting at the UNCTAD Ministerial meeting in Barbados in October 2020.
