Abstract or description
Critically assesses the changes proposed to tribunal appeals and review processes by the Legatt Committee in their report, and assesses the implications for the State welfare system of a wider-ranging and (hopefully) improved two-tier system of appeals that maintains the scope for on-going appeals into the main courts system.
