Abstract or description
Dr. Dan Tonge has been working with the Ion Torrent™ platform for some time, and currently is working with uncultured fungi at very low concentrations. He discusses his approach toward how these amplicons are designed, and how they tested and challenged their ability to distinguish between closely related fungal species.
He also researches ‘green walls’, which are climbing plants found in many office environments, and discusses that work as well.
