Abstract or description

This presentation outlines effective strategies to combat sexual violence. It encompasses the techniques used to build evidence, listen to survivors and to repair the harm in rape and sexual assault cases. It provides an update on the national picture of historic sex crimes. It also outlines the key considerations in relation to supporting victims and the lessons learned to try and prevent large scale issues surrounding historic sexual offences occurring again.
