This paper investigates the relationship between the amount of change related to marketing and manufacturing functions and the overall level of agility needed in the Jordanian Industrial Sector. A cross-sectional survey employing a questionnaire method of data collection was adopted and an entire population, which consisted of 88 Jordanian Manufacturing Companies classified in Amman Stock Exchange Market, was targeted by this study. The results of data analysis suggest that the overall level of agility needed is affected by the amount of change related to marketing and manufacturing functions. As the study addresses the entire Jordanian manufacturing industry, the research is both novel and unique.
