Works were submitted for the Mostyn Open and four paintings were selected and exhibited. The Mostyn is a prestigious competition for international artists (open to none UK residents) and in terms of its reputation - as being quite critically driven (over and above any commercial concerns) – it is a strong esteem indicator for selected artists. The Mostyn is a platform for emerging artists and also carries a prize for one of its exhibiting artist of £10,000.
