Using documentary for history and archaeology public dissemination. Filming major Holocaust sites in Europe: applying Production House method for digital capture, archive and new narratives in World War Two

This documentary and digital content was created at Holocaust sites across Europe using the Production House methodology.

This documentary followed three years production across Europe, Executive Produced by Associate Professor Fiona Graham and directed by academic content within the Centre of Archaeology. Graham and Andrews applied non fiction methodology in film with scripted narratives application to academic research to create documentary content for new knowledge creation and mass academic and public dissemination.
The Production House method was applied to content, interviews, and locations with BSc Hons Television Production Technology student during his studies and then as a graduate Tom Andrews capturing Holocaust site content on film across Europe and editing at Staffordshire University and industry voice over artist and actor Tom Roberts employed by Graham. The work was produced and scripted by Graham and completed and created with Tom Andrews.
The film applied various documentary methods to create content including archive and accessing rights, music, and using 4K and HD camera technology from the use of the Sony FS7 camera, one of the UK's most used documentary cameras.
The Production House method for the business, technology and application process for the documentary was applied by Graham to the multi disciplinary project led by the University of Amsterdam and the University of Barcelona with the Centre of Archaeology at Staffordshire University.
